My Regimen...

My Products:
I am obsessed with just about all Ayurvedic and organic products. My staple products include coconut oil and organic honey. Right now Mega- Tek is working for me as a growth aid.

Wash Days:
I try to wash my braids no less than twice a week using my Shikaki bar, ORS Replenishing Conditioner, Aphogee 2 minute Recon structure and Porosity Conditioner. I also like to “tea rinse” using Alma, Brahmi and Maka powder. As for Co-Washing I like to use whatever is available.

Before Bed:
I spray my scalp with a mixture of rosemary, water and peppermint oil and seal with Vatika oil

My Goal:
I want to reach a full thick APL before March 09!
