Tip: A Easy / Safe Way 2 Remove Glue Residue from Skin

Last night while trying to remove the glue residue from my 4head I started  thinking that I am tired of using  glue remover and chemicals on my face/skin.

So what did I do? I took my big bottle of extra virgin olive oil, put a couple of drops on a cotton ball and wiped my skin, took a tissue wiped the excess off, took some 90% alcohol and wiped away the oil…..and then I was good to go! Boy was that too easy! No stinking chemicals. A easy removal!

Ms. Lola's Adhesive Review

Okay so I have had some Ms. Lola’s adhesive sitting around on my counter for a while now. Something told me to try it.  I think because it reminded me so much of the ghost bond adhesive. It’s a white glue but dries clear.

When I touched this glue with my fingers I was like OMG it feels just like Elmer’s glue and is sticky! So I tried it anyway. Man I am sooooo happy I did. This stuff is ggggrrrreat! It reminds me of ghost bond but without the extreme hold. Don’t get me wrong I like the hold from the GB but I take my lace wig off every night so I really don’t need that “strong” hold unless I am traveling. I believe my hold could have been stronger but I only used one coat. But with this ONE coat it’s not moving! So in conclusion this is going to be a staple glue along with my mastix P. I will use GB only on occasions and the salon pro in emergencies where I cannot get to the other glue options. Ms. Lola’s glue is giving me just the hold I need for Iraq. J Its not too often we support our “people” so Ms. Lola girl you got my support cause this product is great.

Here are some pic’s of my app today using Ms. Lola’s adhesive and my unit from RPG show: ELS 119s. I need to go back and cut more of the lace off in the front but that is not the focus of this picture. It’s the glue…..there is no white flaky glue crumbs all over…..the lace doesn’t look sticky and so on…..

Salon Pro 30 Sec Extreme Hold Lace Wig Bond vs. Mastix P

This stuff has been giving me the BEST hold & App since I started using it 2 weeks ago. I have only used it 3 times. This 3rd time I have it down packed! I let it sit for 5 mins, use the teeth of my comb to seal it, tie it up...let it sit for 15 mins and wahh-laaa!

Now you know I loved my mastix P, but lately it hasnt been showing me any love. It turns white, wont stick properly and its taking me too much time. While on the other hand Salon Pro may take a minute, but it damn sure beats having to take the lace wig off cause the whole darn edge done turned white. I have to take it off, clean my 5head, clean the lace and start alll over. At 1st I thought it was me using too much of the mastix p so I started trying it with ONE thin coat. Guess what? Yup! It turned white. And its not the lace either. So I may go back to it but I will be sticking with the Salon Pro. I also ordered some Ghost Bond. I wanna see if it does right by me like its doing errrbody else.

Here are the Specs:

Scalloped Scissors for Cutting Lace?

What do you think?
I think its a great idea. Then again it 0334 in the morning in Baghdad and I am WIDE awake. But really I think some of the pros would be that it would eliminate the str8 across hairline. Cons.....well the lace may be exposed too much if that makes any sense. Ummm...yes I am about to order me one from Ebay.
