Indian Hair - Where Does It Come From?
I was watching Oprah last night and they were talking about Indian weave hair and where it comes from. The majority of the Remy hair is collected from Indian Temples. Women tonsure their hair as an offering to GOD. They showed a clip of where Indian women bow before barbers to cut there hair off so that they can offer their hair to the GODS. In turn the barbers get it weaved and auction the hair off to distributors. 81 million is made a YEAR off the hair. Then they also showed where 20 women in a village take the dead hair from their brushes and put it all together to sell. That’s crazy.
