I will never order from them again. I found out they deleted my bad review on the Jr. Imperial LF wig. They deleted it 3 times not once! The idiots sent me the wrong wig and NEVER responded to my emails so I took it as a lost and tried the wig out anyway. When I tried it on, it was very ugly as you can see from my previous post. Anyway I reposted my bad review. In case they delete it again.
I agree with you - they are very shady!! I no longer do business with them either. I ordered a wig from them several months ago and didn't like it. I tried to return to them, sent them several emails, and left them a voicemail to recieve a return authorization form. I never received a response.
ReplyDeleteAnd I don't like that you have no idea if they have something in stock when you order. If they don't have in stock - you shouldn't be able to "Select" a color or style as an option. They take your money for the item & then you find out they don't have in stock - and you have to wait for a refund.

Omg I just ordered something from them yesterday and Im waiting I hope they don't try to play me cause they don't know me but I can make their business bad for real and shut them down and just like their name say hairsister they don't want to see this sister. Cause Im most definetly nothing to play with when it comes to my $$$$$.
