5 (Five) Ways To Use  Amla Oils?

1. Cover your head with plastic saran wrap or a plastic shower cap, and leave the oil in your hair overnight. Make sure you apply a bonnet on top of the shower cap to keep the oil from draining onto your pillow case. When you wake in the morning immediately shower  and wash out the mixture thoroughly.  Rinse with cool water

2. If you choose not to do the overnight method, take a drop of the alma oil and massage the mixture into your scalp. You do not have to rinse it out. If you are worried about the woody smell of the alma oil, mix it with a little coconut oil to eliminate the smell.

3. Apply to hair as an oil rinse after doing your normal shampoo and conditioner method. This will help lock in moisture to your strands.

4.  Mix the alma oil with coconut oil and apply to hair before shampooing hair to keep the hair from completely drying out from a harsh shampoo.

5. Use Amla oil as an hot oil treatment for hair. Run some hot water in the sink and sit the bottle of Amla oil in the heat for a couple of minutes or until  hot. Apply to hair and let it sit for 15-20 minutes or longer if you prefer. Rinse
