This is the best advice I read from a poster on the forum today:
"Once the hair grows outside of the cuticle it is dead and cannot increase anymore in thickness or so-called strength." posted by: quietone on BHM
This is a great reminder for when we use castor oil or Henna to remember that the thickness is only temporary and will not last.
